These terms are an agreement between you and ANVITH TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in India (CIN U58200MR2026OPC478371), which operates Easy Hisab. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Easy Hisab helps you track personal expenses, split bills with friends and groups, record settlements, and optionally parse expenses from text, voice and receipts using AI. The app is a record-keeping tool: it does not move money, hold funds, or process payments between users. Settle up with your friends outside the app (cash, UPI, bank) and record it here.
You sign in with your phone number and a password. We send a one-time password (OTP) to your number when you sign up, claim an account someone created for you, or reset a forgotten password. You are responsible for the number you register and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Easy Hisab. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms. One account per person; keep your details accurate.
Do not: break the law; infringe others' rights; add people's phone numbers or record expenses against them to harass, spam or defraud; upload malicious or unlawful content (including in notes, comments or receipts); probe, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service; or attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own the content you add (expenses, notes, images, recordings). You grant us the licence needed to operate the service — storing, syncing and displaying your content to the friends and group members you share it with, and processing it through the AI features you invoke. Content you share into a group or friend ledger remains visible to those people (in anonymized form after you delete your account) so their records stay correct.
AI parsing of text, voice and receipts is best-effort and may be inaccurate. Always verify amounts before saving. Balances shown are calculated from the entries you and your counterparties record; they are bookkeeping, not a statement of legal debt. Easy Hisab provides no financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for disputes between users about money owed, for losses caused by inaccurate entries or AI parsing, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or ₹1,000 if you paid none). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account, or see how account deletion works). We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature survive (content licences for shared records, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change and material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
